Happy Friday y’all! Last night I got to take some lovely family photos of my brother and sister-n-law’s beautiful family. Since the sun sets later in the summer, we started the session at 7 p.m. to try and capture that evening glow. Some of my favorite shots were actually taken closer to the 8:00 hour. I know 7:30 and 8:00 sounds SO late to take photos, but in the summer it’s actually the best time – just some words of wisdom for all you newbies!

We did the family session first, then moved to a different location for the couple session. I am so happy with how these turned out! I think I will have to schedule another beach session soon. It was a blast!

And here are a few shots without the kiddos! I bet you would never have guessed these were taken off the side of a highway, huh?? Shhh… we’ll keep that our little secret;)
