DIY Sea Shell Centerpiece

Today I’m so excited to be a part of this year’s third Summer Celebration blog hop including a great group of bloggers and 3 days worth of Summery projects. You can even join in all the fun by sharing your favorite summer projects on Instagram using the hashtag #summercelebration!!

Seashell

My summer-themed project today is incredibly easy and can be thrown together for less than $15. It has such a Pottery Barn look without the pricey tag. I found my glass containers at Ross for about $5 and $7 each and gathered my sea shells and seaweed from the beach. If you don’t live near a beach, you can always find a bag of beach assortments at places like Ross, Home Goods, Marshall’s etc.

I started layering the seaweed first and then began to place the seashells on top of that.  I also included some drift wood into the mix as well to break up the arrangement. After about 5 minutes of arranging, the project was complete! Easy, huh?
